MSUFCU Announces Q4 2022 Desk Drawer Fund Raffle Winner
EAST LANSING, Mich. — MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) and the Desk Drawer Fund are excited to announce the winner of the Q4 2022 Desk Drawer Fund Member Raffle. On Friday, December 16, 2022, Kathleen Edsall-Parr was randomly selected as the Q4 2022 grand prize winner of $11,640.
“I feel so lucky and greatly appreciative to win this raffle, but even more so for all the organizations that will benefit from the Desk Drawer Fund itself,” said Katheleen Edsall-Par. “Thank you, MSUFCU!”
Throughout the year, MSUFCU and Oakland University Credit Union members have a chance to win up to $20,000 in the quarterly Desk Drawer Fund Member Raffle when they purchase raffle tickets at any of the Credit Union’s branches. The Q4 raffle saw 1,164 tickets sold, with a total amount of $23,280 raised. Half of the funds raised will be donated to the Desk Drawer Fund and invested back into the community. By purchasing a raffle ticket, Credit Union members are supporting the Desk Drawer Fund’s mission to contribute to the public good and make a positive impact in our communities. Members will have another chance to win during the 2023 Q1 raffle. Tickets go on sale January 23, and the drawing will be held March 10.
“We want to congratulate Ms. Edsall-Parr on winning the Desk Drawer Fund Member Raffle and thank all of our members who participated by purchasing tickets,” said Susi Elkins, Chief Community Impact Officer of MSUFCU. “Through its many initiatives, like the raffle, the Desk Drawer Fund empowers our members to invest in their local communities and make a positive difference.”
